This house sits on the edge of a suburban subdivision in Raworth, near Morpeth, with an uninterrupted outlook over the fertile flood plains of the Hunter River to the north-west, looking past Largs and Bolwarra Heights to the Paterson Valley beyond.
This was the chosen location for Samantha and Michael, who decided to build their dream home to their original design.
