Penjonan listed for the first time in 40 years
Penjonan, a Hillsborough farm that has been an operational veal-raising business, has been listed for the first time in four decades. On the 50-hectare property is a five bedroom homestead designed by Newcastle architect Steve Busteed. Gardens surrounding the home feature a swimming pool and tennis court. The rest of the property has been cleared and divided into nine fenced pasture paddocks, including a bull paddock.Chris Henry of River Realty, Maitland is marketing the property with a guide of $1.7 million to $1.8 million.
