Located in the Atune Health Centre, Cardiff Food Farmacy this is the place for wholesome, plant-based food bursting with flavour, designed to energise body, mind and soul.
Top up on antioxidants with the anti-ageing bowl of slow-cooked spiced eggplant, turmeric, and roasted local veggies. Go strong and healthy with the Mexican bowl (think saucy beans, brown rice and charred corn) or create your own, by mixing and matching from their daily selection of legumes, wholegrains, veggies and toppings.
The wholemeal sourdough breads and toasties tempt with a variety of fillings from hummus with fermented beetroot to tomato and plant-based smoked mozzarella. Don’t miss out on one of the sweet treats including their Farmacy parfaits or a guilt-free cheesecake slice, and try an antioxidant herbal tea or energising smoothie. Open 9am to 5pm on weekdays, kitchen closes at 4pm for orders.
