Recently opened, Elementa is a gem on Throsby Creek’s waterfront, offering elevated dining with a relaxed community vibe.
Brekkie at Elementa starts at 8am and features classics as well as corn, kimchi and comte fritters, applewood smoked ocean trout or confit mushrooms and crushed butterbeans.
Beer battered market fish, a crispy pork belly glass noodle salad or a southern style fried oyster mushroom burger feature on the lunch menu.
Come back for dinner, leave the tough decisions to talented chef Jess Brooks and treat yourself to the chef’s choice menu.
Or pick and choose from ‘Smalls’ like kingfish sashimi, potato scallops or crushed butterbean dip.
Then move on to ‘Substantials’ including spiced lamb breast with tahini yoghurt, hibachi grilled market fish in a smoked tomato and red pepper emulsion or free range Barossa chicken.
Open for brunch seven days, 8am – 2pm, dinner Wednesday to Saturday from 5.30pm.
