Fratelli Roma
Fratelli Roma exudes quality. From the rich décor to the exquisite handmade pasta, everything sings love. Established in 2007, this family-run restaurant is set in historic Maitland and offers some of the best Italian cuisine you’ll find in the Hunter.
Owners Dan and Christine have created a fitting backdrop in this beautiful circa 1867 terrace building, giving a nod to its history while bringing luxury and comfort to the fore. Local produce shines through the extensive menu and into the robust wine list, offering diners authentic flavours, classic elements and beautifully constructed dishes.
Pasta and gnocchi are made fresh daily by Dan and his team. House-made focaccia, garlic bread and bruschetta headline the entrees, while mains range from delicate salads and rich pastas to fresh seafood and premium beef. Then, of course, there’s a mouth-watering selection of desserts to end your meal on a high note.
Fratelli Roma is popular with both locals and visitors, with warm hospitality and consistently excellent food. Bookings are recommended as Fratelli Roma fills quickly.
