The curries at Sapphire Indian Restaurant have an excellent depth of flavour with rich sauces perfect for soaking up with their naan breads which come piping hot and fresh, straight from the tandoor oven. Try classics like butter chicken with tomato and spices and finished with a creamy sauce or lamb rogan josh cooked in a kashmiri masala and saffron.
More adventurous eaters should try the goat madras with coconut milk and spices, tempered with curry leaves and mustard seeds. Extensive vegan and vegetarian options include the jackfruit tadka or mushroom masala cooked with tangy tomato and onions.
