Ambervale in the Hunter Valley sells

Ambervale, a 27-hectare estate in Scone has sold in December 2018 for an undisclosed amount. The Cressfield Road property includes a renovated country-style homestead with four bedrooms. The farm includes storage sheds, a concrete-lined well with solar electric pump, a dairy shed and grain silo. The land is predominantly gently undulating with some areas of level to flat arable land. Soils are a mix of rich alluvial and loamy based with some areas of well-drained ridges. Landmark Scone agent Gavin Beard sold the property.
