Kettlesville’s price dropped
Kettlesville, the designer hobby farm in Congewai, south of Millfield, has had its price revised. The 39 hectare property, complete with four pasture improved paddocks for horses or livestock, sought $2.4 million early last year. Now Sydney Sotheby’s International agents Stuart Davies and Heath Bird are asking $1.95 million for the property that last traded for $280,000 in 2001. The main residence holds the master bedroom and a walk-in robe, bathroom, home office, wine cellar and an open plan kitchen, living and dining space. The purpose-built second dwelling, a guest house, has a further four bedrooms, each with their own ensuite. Dividing the homes is a saltwater swimming pool and the grounds have an outdoor fire pit and two large dams at 113 Listers Lane, Congewai.
