The Rose Farm sells

The Rose Farm, Lorn sells Denise Duffield-Thomas, author of Lucky Bitch and money mindset mentor has bought The Rose Farm in Lorn, Maitland for $1.8 million. The four hectares of fertile level land, complete with jacaranda trees, has two dwellings: one brand new, the other a historic home built over a century ago. The farm was built in the early 1900s for the Stocker family, and recently underwent a substantial renovation and extension which blends original features with modern updates. The grounds have horse stables, a rustic barn with cafe equipment, as well as a three bay covered rose farm. The Rose Farm was sold through PRD Nationwide Hunter Valley agents, Rhonda Nyquist and Shantala Bemrose.
