Flotilla opens in Wickham

Located close to the water, this new business venture by Chris Joannou (owner of the The Edwards) and Zach Scholtz (GM of The Edwards) is open to the public as of 12 April.
Named to represent the marine character of Wickham, the vibe is relaxed yet refined. Start your evening with a pick from the sophisticated cocktail menu. Sourcing the freshest and best locally available produce is a key part of the Flotilla DNA with the ingredients being the real heroes of every dish. We particularly loved the Kingfish crudo and glazed butternut entrees. Be prepared for a wonderful composition of textures and flavours with every single dish.
Opening hours are from 3 pm till late, Wednesday to Sunday.
