Glenn and Penton’s home is an Edge design home. What are the features that set the Edge apart and who is it best suited for? The Edge design features many open spaces and light filled rooms. The design is ultra modern and sleek and there are different facades available to suit all tastes. It is perfectly suited for both families and executive couples. Not the least because the kitchen and living areas can be customized to suit different needs. With Edge it is easy to create an entertainer’s dream kitchen with a great indoor/outdoor connection.
What kind of support can a home buyer expect from Rawson on the journey from design ideas to move-in ready? Understanding our customers’ needs is paramount and that’s where it all starts. Our sales team will help the clients select the right Rawson home for their lifestyle needs, budget and design preferences. A separate Selection Team at the Wickham office will then guide them through the exciting process of choosing colours, appliances and internal specifications while the Preconstruction Team is managing the certification process – it really takes all the stress out of getting DA approval. During the construction phase, our site managers work closely with our clients at all times. Constant communication is key. Our staff are highly trained professionals and many have been with Rawson for a long time. We take great pride in not just building top-quality houses but in creating homes for our customers.
You are specialists in knock down/rebuild (KDR) projects. How do you help home buyers through the special challenges of these kinds of projects? We always complete a thorough, individual investigation for every potential KDR project so we can give insightful and complete feedback to a client before final decisions are being made. At Rawson Homes we understand the sensitivity of building in existing, settled areas. There is a whole additional set of considerations we take into account, from project planning through construction and completion. As with every project, constant communication is key.
