For five generations the Spruce family have been traditional farmers, providing the Port Stephens community with the finest quality vegetables, including the famous ‘Anna Bay Tomatoes’. In recent years they expanded their repertoire by turning their produce into tasty, fresh dishes, offering a quality of pizza that is, quite frankly, hard to match.

Whether you’re driving back from a day at the bay, holidaying nearby or looking for a great place to host a special occasion, Valhalla offers the perfect setting. Situated at the front of the Spruce estate, the stylish barn-inspired interior spills out onto shady outdoor seating and beautiful views. Every pizza takes its name from the era: think Thor for chilli lovers or Valkyries, with its perfect combination of chicken, cranberry and brie. The choice is good, the quality of ingredients and flavours are excellent, and the staff are very friendly. There are plenty of options for vegetarians and pizzas can be made gluten free or suitable for vegans on request.
