Surfest Women’s Pro Cocktail Party
The Doyle Partners Women’s Pro competition at Surfest was kicked off with a cocktail party for supporters, sponsors and participants on Monday, 2 March at Merewether Surfhouse.

With this year’s competition marking 35 years of the iconic Newcastle event and the 5th year of crowdfunding the women’s side of the competition, there was plenty to celebrate. A silent auction yielded much needed funds for the Hunter Melanoma Foundation.
