Marrying my best friend

Dominique and Aaren tied the knot on 14 March 2020 at Stonehurst Cedar Creek in Wollombi.

Dominique and Aaren had planned for their entire wedding to be outdoors. “It was raining for hours on the day. But it was wonderful to see that the rain did not stop anyone from having the most amazing time,” Dominique says.

Walking down the aisle, she even lost her magnificent veil. Yet her dad came to the rescue and ran back to get it while she continued her walk all by herself.

“But none of that mattered compared to marrying my best friend, doing our first dance outside in the sprinkling rain, and all the love we received from our family and friends,” she recalls with a smile.
