ExperienceHunter.com.au is an intuitive web portal for visitors and locals alike, to research the major areas within the Hunter Region, all collated in one place. Newcastle, Lake Macquarie, Port Stephens, Wine Country, Barrington Tops, the Upper and Lower Hunter offer an incredible diversity of experiences all within an hour’s drive of each other.

The website features a video showcasing some of the many highlights of the region, as well as a brief overview of each area and links to the official tourism websites so you can book your next escape. Experience Hunter is a self-funded initiative of local creative agency Out of the Square, who wanted to do their part to help struggling local tourism operators plus share their passion for the Hunter Region.
