For a lazy summer lunch, begin with Salamander Bay oysters with lime and white soy, or butter poached lobster with black barley. Follow with a marinated lamb rump with confit carrot and onion beignet or slow-roasted beef with a potato cake, mushrooms and green peppercorn hollandaise.

Dessert delights include burnt honey orange parfait and white chocolate crumble or warm toffee apple and walnut torte with dulce de leche ice-cream. All dishes have accompanying local wine suggestions and once you’re done, take a leisurely stroll around the vines and savour the loveliness of the experience.
