Joyful elopement

Rhiannon and Matt had initially planned a big, white wedding but changed their plans due to Covid.

“It was just us, Matt’s son Valentine, his dad, and my parents. It was so intimate and emotional. Having Valentine carry the rings and say a little part was really special,” Rhiannon recalls.

She chose dried flower arrangements, thoughtfully put together by Jess Eckford Aguilera from the Newcastle Food & Flower Markets.

“I wanted them to last beyond our wedding day. We keep the bouquet on our dining room table and the arbor piece looks wonderful on the wall in our lounge room.”
