Rosa Restaurant and Bar

Every suburb needs a Rosa. A small, easygoing neighbourhood bistro serving up great food and drinks.
Opening in 2020, this cosy Spanish tapas bar is a popular addition to Lambton’s retail strip. Its’ safer to make a reservation especially on a Friday or Saturday night.

The menu is a thorough list of classic tapas share plates: patatas bravas, jamon croquettes, chorizo, beef carpaccio, empanadas, and big, fat juicy prawns with tender caramelised chunks of garlic. You’ll find some unexpected delights too: sticky marinated pork belly, mini open-grill sandwiches and weekly specials.
Make sure to save room for churros with chocolate sauce or crema Catalana – perfectly custardy under that crispy crackly burnt caramel.

Enjoy beers on tap or a glass of their in-house sangria; the wine and cocktail list is ready for fun and so is this fresh eatery.
