The tastefully refurbished Thoroughbred Bakery, Bar & Restaurant is located in an iconic building in the heart of Australia’s horse capital. Inside, memorabilia highlight Scone’s thoroughbred racing and breeding past and present, speaking of local icons, stories and achievements.

Start your day with their delicious range of gourmet pies, sausage rolls and pastries or satisfy your sweet cravings with a slice of home made cake. For lunch or dinner try a signature Black Angus sirloin or Grain Fed Steer t-bone steak served with your choice of beer or waffle fries, sweet potato wedges or garlic chats. The menu also features fresh seafood, locally raised gourmet lamb, house smoked meats and juicy burgers. We loved The Odds on Favourite burger with Angus beef, “the works” and fancy sauce.

Vegetarian options, nightly specials and yummy dishes for the kids are available too. Enjoy it all with a craft beer, a glass of Hunter wine or one of their delicious cocktails at the bar or in the beergarden.

Open daily, Bakery from 6.30am – 5pm, Bar & Restaurant from midday – late.
