Chef Ben Stark’s takeaway café concept, born out of the necessities of the 2020 lockdown, is quickly gaining a loyal following in Mayfield and beyond. His breakfast and lunch menu of all time Aussie favourites includes generous serves of brekkie burgers, classic beef and chicken burgers, fish & chips and freshly made sandwiches. The Roast of the Day alternates between roast pork and beef and comes in a buttery, toasted roll or lunch box with your choice of trimmings. Wash it all down with milkshakes, iced drinks and specialty coffees by Colombian Coffee Connection, a boutique brand with a focus on ethically sourcing their beans from indigenous communities. It’s the ultimate comfort food, done well and served fast enough for a takeaway crowd. Workplace and private catering is also available.
