Cheese features deliciously on this menu, but even those not partial to a good chunk of dairy will find plenty to enjoy. Drop in for a casual lunch with freshly baked baguettes – we loved the combo of turkey, triple cream brie and cranberry – or enjoy a picnic on the lawn with gourmet cheeses, olives, crackers, salami, a fudge taster pack and gelato. There’s delightful matching experiences with Hunter Belle cheeses and premium De Iuliis Wines or Ironbark’s local brews. For cheese lovers, the Hunter Belle High Cheese Experience is the ultimate must. With brie, camembert, feta and cheddar, crackers, fruit paste and chive scones, followed by cheese tarts, seasonal fruit, a smoked salmon baguette, sweet tarts and their very own housemade fudge, it’s an experience not to be missed.
