Singleton: Supporting families

Singleton Family Support is an ethical and professional community-based service, with a team of social and family support workers. All family and group work is based on the most current evidence available.
Its purpose is to support families who may be experiencing some of the many challenges that life can sometimes turn up. The team is there to welcome people to a safe and compassionate space to share
any concerns or issues they may be experiencing.

The organisation strongly believes that improving the health and wellbeing of every person is possible and that there are many ways to support physical and mental health. They do this by offering a wide range of services, programs, groups and experiences. Each of these services aims to increase understanding, to strengthen self-worth, and build resilience that enables empowerment.

Singleton Family Support also believes that children and young people should be safe, loved and feel a sense of belonging to their family and community. The team will always prioritise the safety needs of children and young people and work with families to increase awareness and capacity to promote safety
and wellbeing.
