Up for a Culinary challenge? Cooking classes at Estate Tuscany
Get a group of friends or colleagues together and sign up for an afternoon of culinary fun in the heart of wine country. Estate Tuscany offers three different options to suit your cooking style, budget and group size.
n the Master Chef Challenge, each team in your group will be given a mystery box of fresh, locally sourced ingredients from which you will create a two-course menu. One of the Estate’s talented chefs is there to guide you and to share insights into the art of fine cookery. But be aware, the clock will be ticking and each team will be judged on creativity, teamwork, presentation, and, of course, the taste of their dishes.
If you’d like to sharpen your culinary skills and learn new techniques, the Guided Cooking School ticks all the boxes. An experienced chef will share their tips and tricks so you can develop the confidence to finesse more challenging dishes and awe the guests at your next dinner party.
For larger groups who are pressed for time, a pizza and pasta making class is a great choice. Learn how to make fresh pasta and pizza dough and get creative with flavourful sauces and toppings.
And after a few hours of fun and laughter in the kitchen, why not book into one of Estate Tuscany’s 38 beautifully appointed Olive Grove or Vineyard View rooms?
Wander through the gardens, take in the sights of the Brokenback Mountains and linger just a little while longer.
