Perfect Plate Competition

30 April – 16 June | Newcastle Cruising Yacht Club’s Perfect Plate for the ClubsNSW competition is a Slow-cooked Black Berkshire pork neck with a mustard crust served with Jerusalem artichokes, glazed eschallots, quince, cider jus, and cassava crackling.

You can participate by ordering and voting for the dish. By doing so, you will be entered into the daily draw for $100 dining vouchers and have the chance to win a foodie getaway for two valued at $3,500.
